Almost 200 feet of sand beach on Elk Lake (Which access The Chain Of Lakes, Torch Lake included). Waters Edge Market (Food / Deli / Pizza and Gas) is across the street and a cement boat ramp is right next door. The Post Office, Milton Township Park (soccer, tennis, baseball, basketball) and The Oasis Red Bull Tavern are within walking distance (1-2 blocks).This is an all sports lake with a hard pack sand bottom for water volleyball and docks and deep water moorings for boats of all sizes. Boat to Elk Rapids on Lake Michigan for dinner/shopping/sunsets or through the chain of lakes to Torch Lake 'One of the 10 most beautiful lakes in the World'.
Park you car for the entire stay or day-trip to the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, Traverse City Shopping and Night life, multiple local golf courses, gambling casino or Mackinaw City just to name a few.
Amenities:
Furnished with Double Beds. (Pillows and Blankets included). The Kitchen has a Stove, Refrigerator, Coffeemaker, Toaster, and Utensils. Cable TV. Towels and Sheets Not Furnished (except walk-ins). We have Gas Grills, Picnic Tables, Campfire Pits (Wood Included), and some Lawn Chairs.
There are Rowboats, a Paddleboat, Two Docks and Four Mooring Buoy's (For Your Watercraft). A Swing set and Slide are located next to the Swimming Beach. Volleyball and Croquet are available, With a Basketball Hoop and Horseshoe Pit on the grounds. Activities: Swimming, Fishing, and Boating on The Elk River Chain of Lakes (Torch Lake Included). Floatplane Rides and Boat Rentals are Available. Hiking, Biking, Golfing, Shopping, Charter Fishing, Hunting, Skiing, Snowmobiling, or Fine Dining (By Boat or Car) are only a few miles away. Tennis and Basketball Courts, Skateboard Park, Soccer and Baseball Fields, along with a Playground are a short walk away.
